About the role

Asour Senior IP Specialist, you will play a key role in protecting Laerdal'sinnovations, brands, and technologies worldwide. Working closely withcolleagues across innovation, product development, commercial, legal, andleadership teams, you will help ensure that our intellectual property portfoliosupports our mission, business strategy, and future growth. The position will be based at our headquarters in Stavanger, Norway.

Key responsibilities include:

Help protectand enforce the innovations, technologies, and brands that supportLaerdal's mission.
Supportinnovation and growth by helping manage intellectual property risks andopportunities.
Enablesuccessful partnerships and collaborations through sound intellectualproperty guidance.
Continuouslyimprove how we work with intellectual property to support futureinnovation.

What we are looking for

You are an operational and solution-oriented IP professional with theability to balance legal, technical, and commercial considerations. With acollaborative approach and a passion for innovation, you help protect, createvalue from and strengthen the ideas, technologies, and brands that drive futuregrowth.

What we think will help you succeed:

Degree in Engineering, Science, Technology, Law, Business, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experienceworking with intellectual property
Experience withmedical devices, healthcare, life sciences, or technology-intensiveindustries.
Experience supporting innovation, product development, or commercial organisations.
Proven experiencemanaging patents, trademarks, designs, or broader IP portfolios, andworking effectively with external IP partners such as patent and trademarkattorneys
