Remote Computer Support Specialist
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As a Remote Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients remotely. This is a contract position with a salary of $1500 per month.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and provide technical support remotely via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals for clients
- Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues remotely
- Provide training to clients on how to use computer systems effectively
- Keep updated records of client interactions and technical issues using our ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members to provide timely solutions to client issues
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk
- Experience in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in simple terms
- Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
Preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience working remotely. This is a contract position without accommodation provided, so candidates must have their own suitable workspace with a reliable internet connection.
