Job Description
You will be driving the quality work within our Subsea Services projects. You will be working as an integrated part of the project teams, supporting the Project Managers in all quality related tasks. You will be expected to proactively handle Quality Management within the projects, and as a part of this you will sometimes be in direct communication with our customers.
To succeed in this challenging role you must be familiar with Subsea technology, and the applicable quality requirements and standards.
Your efforts should always be focused on continuously improving our performance, reducing cost, and creating customer success.

You Are Meant For This Job If

  1. Have a relevant bachelor's degree, OR minimum 3 years of experience within QA/QC, preferably in the subsea industry. Relevant experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
  2. Are capable of leading quality work such as Continuous Improvement, performing RCA's and Quality control.
  3. Have good knowledge of ISO 9001, and the relevant standards and requirements within the subsea industry.
  4. Good skills of Quality reporting. Good knowledge of Power Bi is an advantage.
  5. Have experience in using SAP as a primary tool.
  6. Have the ability to work independently, but also to be a team player in an integrated project team.
  7. Thrive in dynamic environments and excel at managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  8. Communicate well in English. Knowledge of Norwegian is an advantage.

What we can Offer

  1. You will be an important part of an enthusiastic, and hardworking team with good team spirit.
  2. We develop, install, operate and maintain groundbreaking subsea technology, and you will work side by side with our experts in an operational and hands-on environment.
  3. We have an informal and stimulating working environment with high standards.
  4. Exciting and challenging work tasks within strong specialist environment.
  5. Competitive terms and conditions and good pension and insurance schemes.
  6. Career and development opportunities in a truly international environment.

Application deadline is 25.03.2025.
