- Provide the section, directors, Global Finance, and leadership with data and analysis related to private sector income, projects and partners
- Support the Director of Private Sector Partnerships with implementation of fundraising strategies
- Develop, review, and ensure implementation of guidelines, tools, systems, and procedures for NRC private sector partnerships across the organisation
- Provide training and support across the organisation to ensure compliance on private sector partnerships
- Contribute to ethical guidelines and due diligence processes for private sector partnerships
- Manage special projects for the private sector function
- Represent the Private Sector Partnerships section in development and implementation of the Cycles CRM system
- Work with the system-owning team to ensure Cycles supports PSP business needs
- Develop and maintain Cycles reports for the section
- Present income-data visuals to internal stakeholders and provide relevant data for external surveys
- Help ensure private sector work and communications comply with rules and regulations, including GDPR
- Perform other tasks under the section's mandate as instructed by the line manager
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years highly professional experience within business development, private sector marketing/sales, social impact or other relevant professional qualifications
- Previous experience in strategic relationship building, private partnerships, and networking
- Experience implementing private fundraising and market strategies
- Ability to simultaneously manage numerous tasks, project schedules and documents
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience building bridges between the private sector and philanthropic market and the humanitarian sector
- Experience working with stakeholders across public, private, and non-profit sectors
- Experience in project planning and management
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel, as well as data analysis and visualisation tools
- Experience working with CRM systems preferred
- Analytical skills
- Business proficiency in English, written and verbal
- Fluency in Norwegian is an advantage
