This is an opportunity to take ownership of products that serve customers around the world, influence business decisions, and work with colleagues across product, design, engineering, marketing, sales, and commercial teams. You will play a central role in ensuring that our digital platforms create value for customers, support business growth, and deliver seamless experiences across the customer journey.

What You'll be responsible For

As Product Manager, you will own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities for Laerdal's E-commerce platform and content management ecosystem. You will:

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap together with your team.
• Identify opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on customer insights, data, and business objectives.
• Turn customer and business needs into impactful digital solutions.
• Create clarity around priorities and make thoughtful trade-offs between customer value, commercial impact, technology, and design.
• Partner closely with developers, designers, QA specialists, and business stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across sales, marketing, services, product development, and enterprise solutions around a shared product direction.
• Stay close to customer needs, market trends, and digital commerce opportunities to help shape the future of
• Laerdal's digital customer experience.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving meaningful problems, bringing people together around a common goal, and turning ideas into outcomes.

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar role working with digital products.
• The ability to set direction, prioritize effectively, and make informed decisions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build alignment across diverse teams.
• A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working closely with technical and design professionals.
• A customer-focused and commercially minded approach, with a passion for creating value through digital products.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce, CMS platforms, digital sales, or complex B2B environments.
• Experience working with data and customer insights to guide product decisions.
• Flexibility to travel occasionally.
