Business Services Norway – Operation Specialist (vikariat)

I Business Services har vi som ambisjon å være med på å gi SEBs kunder en merverdi ved å gi gode og effektive tjenester. Vi er involvert i et bredt spekter av produkter og tjenester innenfor segmentene Private Wealth Management & Family Office og Large Corporate & Financial Institutions.

Vi har nå en spennende mulighet for deg som er interessert i å jobbe med oppgjør av lån-, kreditter- og andre finansielle transaksjoner. Stillingen er et 12 måneders vikariat, med mulighet for fast ansettelse, hos oss i Business Services i Oslo.

Om stillingen:

I Business Services vil du bli en del av et større team hvor hovedansvaret er å utføre oppgjør, rapportering og support innen ulike finansielle transaksjoner. Dette være seg ulike verdipapirer, dagligbankvirksomhet, samt administrasjon og kontroll av låne- og kredittavtaler.

En stor del av arbeidshverdagen vil være å bistå våre kollegaer i ulike avdelinger, eksterne motparter og ikke minst våre kunder. Ofte kan Business Services være første kontaktpunkt for kunder innen Private Wealth Management & Family Office. Vi har derfor stort fokus på å yte høy grad av service, hvor gode samarbeidsevner og god kommunikasjon er avgjørende for våre leveranser.

  1. Du trives med å yte service, er detaljorientert og motiveres av å levere gode kundeopplevelser med fokus på kvalitet og nøyaktighet.
  2. Du er god på kommunikasjon og trives med samarbeid og å jobbe i team. Du er nysgjerrig av natur og er interessert i å forstå helheten i våre leveranser.
  3. Relevant utdanning og/eller tidligere erfaring innen depot, dagligbank og/eller finansielle produkter er en fordel.

I denne rollen må du være flytende både i norsk eller svensk og engelsk.
