The role
To further strengthen our focus on growth and commercial success in EMEA and APAC, we are looking for a talented Senior Sales Executive to join our commercial team. Your main task will be to manage renewals across customer segments and solutions, and you will be a key member in streamlining our renewal processes as part of building a solid foundation for commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create insights and an overview of upcoming renewals in advance and work closely together with the Customer Success and Sales Teams to secure successful renewals
  • Prepare data and quotes on larger key deals in close collaboration with Sales Executives
  • Drive the renewal process for a portfolio of Actimo and Motimate customers within the Kahoot at-work Suite, ensuring timely and successful renewals of their subscriptions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact for their renewal needs
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and negotiate renewal terms and pricing while ensuring alignment with company goals
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell additional Kahoot products or services to renewing customers
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from the sales process to customer onboarding and ongoing support
  • Ensure renewals flow correctly into our core systems and clean up data to maintain high data hygiene
  • Keep track of renewal metrics and provide regular reports to the Sales and Finance teams, helping to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Monthly forecasting and reporting on expected revenue and potential upsidesIdentify relevant stakeholders and build business cases that convince customers to keep investing in Kahoot solutions
    • Utilize HubSpot (CRM) to manage and record all account activity, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date quotations, account activities, opportunities, and leads

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in B2B sales, preferably from renewal sales in the Software (SaaS) industry
  • Proven track record in communicating with decision-makers and other key stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and ability to be hands-on with your accounts
  • A track record of successfully working towards sales quotas and targets
  • Structured and data-minded
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Energized by performance, a fast-paced, and dynamic environment
