  • Empower Non-programmers: Develop and support training initiatives aimed at enabling non-technical staff to become "tool builders" by leveraging AI tools, fostering collaboration across departments.
  • Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with product development teams, IT, and business units to understand workflow challenges and propose AI solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Documentation and Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for AI tools and processes, and assist in training team members to effectively use and manage AI systems.
  • Bonus: Use AI to automate as much of our own internal processes as possible to set an example for other units across the company.

Qualifications & Experiences

Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in software integration or testing, AI tools implementation, or IT systems development.
  • Experience of using AI tools and integrating them in workflows.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI tools and integration processes to non-technical stakeholders, including enabling non-programmers to become tool builders.
  • Proficiency in programming and experience with API access to AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Google Vertex, etc.).

Personal Attributes

  • Builder: You lean into and leverage AI in your own work to speed up and/or automate deliverables and outputs.
  • Innovative Mindset: Curious and forward-thinking, with a passion for exploring how AI can transform business processes and create new opportunities.
