Oslo, Oslo County, Norway Filippa K AB Full time

We are now recruiting a Store Manager to join our Retail team in Norway.

Filippa K is a Swedish fashion house born in Stockholm and rooted in the 90s. Founded in 1993 by Filippa Knutsson, Karin Hellners and Patrik Kihlborg, the heritage label played an instrumental role in pioneering the now-iconic look of effortless Scandinavian minimalism. Today, Filippa K has become a household name with an international presence – offering a complete wardrobe of womenswear and menswear staples that are designed to last. In 2024, the brand began an exciting new chapter with the appointment of Anna Teurnell as Creative Lead. With stores in key European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen and Berlin, an ecommerce presence in over 70 markets, and employees across Europe, Filippa K continues its journey of global expansion guided by a mission of mindful consumption.

As a Store Manager:

As a Store Manager at Filippa K, you are passionate about sharing our mission and values with every customer that walks through the door. Business-oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit, you have a positive outlook on your work and a confident self-motivated approach.

You excel in creating meaningful retail experiences by prioritizing clienteling – building strong, personalized relationships with your customers to foster loyalty and trust. You go beyond transactions, offering tailored advice and styling tips, remembering client preferences, and creating moments that make every visit memorable. Creativity and forward-thinking are at the heart of your approach, as you seek to inspire through curated experiences that reflect both the customer's individual style and our brand values.

You thrive on networking, building long-term relationships, and delivering exceptional service that turns first-time shoppers into lifelong clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, motivate and recruit your team.
  • Create and maintain a superior customer experience in the store.
  • Win and retain traffic to your store.
  • Optimize performance according to company values.
  • Secure a profitable store operation.
  • Have the ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in working as a manager in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strongly oriented to results and customer satisfaction.
  • Business-minded with strong analytical skills.
  • Capable of working under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive.
  • Excellent communicator.

The experience you'll bring to the role is:

  • Great networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Digital skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

We are looking for a problem solver with an open and flexible mindset. You are structured and work independently as well as in a team. You are a good communicator and have a good level of English, both written and spoken.

Welcome to apply before 17.03.2025.

If this sounds like you and you're interested in joining our team, please click below to apply. Please note that we are only able to handle applications through our website on an ongoing basis. Your application will be saved in our database, and we will contact you if we have any openings that suit your profile.

All are welcome to apply. As an equal opportunity employer, Filippa K makes decisions based on merit. We do not discriminate based on age, gender, gender identity or expression, orientation, religion, cultural background, nationality, marital status, or disability.
