English Language and Literature is an e-learning platform with a global reach that focuses on helping non-native speakers achieve fluency in English. We offer personalized courses and interactive learning experiences, empowering learners to enhance their language skills through engaging and real-world communication.

Responsibilities:

• Create Learning Materials – Design and develop tasks based on assigned topics to enhance language learning.
• Deliver Engaging Online Sessions – Conduct live sessions on YouTube and Instagram to teach and interact with students in real time.
• WhatsApp Group Engagement – Facilitate discussions, respond to queries, and guide learners in WhatsApp-based learning groups if clients purchase our WhatsApp learning product.
• Support Learning Activities – Assist in developing interactive challenges, assignments, and quizzes that help students improve their English proficiency.
• Collaborate with the Team – Work closely with our educators and content creators to innovate and improve the learning experience.

Requirements:

• Strong Knowledge of Online English Teaching – Experience or familiarity with teaching English in an online setting.
• Social Media Proficiency – Comfortable handling platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and WhatsApp to engage with students.
• Creative Thinker – Ability to create engaging learning tasks from scratch.
• Effective Communicator – Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with learners effectively.
• Tech-Savvy – Basic understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or similar platforms) is a plus.
• Self-Motivated & Reliable – Ability to work independently while managing assigned tasks efficiently.
