How You Make an Impact:

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and ensure the maintenance, modification, and operational readiness of assigned equipment.
  • Implement project modifications as requested and ensure that all equipment meets Nexans standards.
  • Coordinate technicians to ensure all maintenance tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Act as the technical point of contact with external suppliers/contractors for services related to the assigned equipment.
  • Ensure all necessary tests and inspections are conducted prior to equipment mobilizations.
  • Support queries from projects as a subject matter expert.

Your Role in Innovation:

  • Continuously improve through active participation in documentation updates and process optimizations.
  • Participate in lessons learned and experience transfer to enhance operational procedures.

Documentation:

  • Develop and maintain essential documents and drawings needed for equipment setup and use.
  • Keep the documentation library up to date and enrich it with the latest operational insights.
  • Interface and share relevant information with departments like Projects and Marine Operations to ensure equipment is set up and used according to requirements.
  • Be a QHSE role model within the team.

Getting a Flying Start:
