We are looking for a dedicated Customer Experience & Operations Analyst for a temporary position of 5 months (paternity cover). Depending on the candidate, we are open to different solutions, either as a full-time position (37 hours per week), a part-time position (20 hours per week) or you can work as a student-worker.

If you are passionate about delivering valuable insights and creating strategic impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

You will be responsible for reporting and analyzing operational performance KPI's, supporting business decisions, and collaborating closely with colleagues across the Insights & Analytics team, the Nordic Analytic IT team, the Operational Effectiveness team, and Operations Directors. You will be a key player in maintaining and improving our operational performance tracking.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Measure and report on operational performance KPI's and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Own and analyze operational data, including Customer Satisfaction (McFeedback), Speed of Service and Menu Complexity Index
  • Act as an Operations representative in the Nordic Analytic Platform team, supporting with data validation and report development
  • Support strategic planning with operational performance insights, working closely with senior leaders in Franchising, the Operational Effectiveness team, and Operations Directors
  • Develop new reports and visualizations in Power BI to drive data-driven decision-making

Minimum requirements:

  • Experience from the restaurant industry is a clear advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with business intelligence tools (Power BI experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • A university degree in business, finance, economics, mathematics, or statistics (bachelor's or master's degree)
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken is required as our company operates across the Nordic region and English is our business language

Details about the position:
It is a 5-month temporary position (paternity cover) from April to August 2025 with opportunities to contribute to high-impact projects.
Depending on the candidate, the position can be full-time (37 hours per week), part-time (20 hours per week) or a student-worker position.
You will report to Rune Dalgaard, Nordic Lead of Insights & Analytics.

The position can be based in one of our Nordic offices located in Oslo, Helsinki, Copenhagen, or Stockholm.
