We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist – High Voltage Motors to bring deep technical expertise and leadership to our team.

Your Role:

As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be a technical leader within our High Voltage Motor portfolio. You will use your extensive knowledge and experience to support our customers, provide in-depth product guidance, and drive the technical direction of our HV motors offering in the Nordics.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead technical product support for our High Voltage Motor solutions, both internally and externally.
  2. Develop deep product expertise on High Voltage Motors, providing guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and technical departments.
  3. Consult and collaborate with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
  4. Conduct advanced technical analysis, product configurations, and feasibility studies.
  5. Drive product improvements by analyzing feedback, performance data, and evolving customer needs.
  6. Support sales teams with complex product inquiries and technical presentations to senior stakeholders (C-level).
  7. Train and mentor junior engineers and sales staff on product features, best practices, and innovative technologies.
  8. Collaborate closely with R&D and product development teams to ensure product alignment with market demands.
  9. Be the voice of the customer within the company, helping shape future product development based on market trends and needs.
  10. Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Innomotics remains a technical leader in the High Voltage Motors space.

What We are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly experienced professional with:

  1. Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (master's preferred).
  2. Experience: A long and proven track record in High Voltage Motors, including extensive experience in product management, technical sales, or engineering roles within the HV motor industry.
  3. Deep Technical Knowledge: Expertise in the design, performance, and application of High Voltage Motors, rotating machinery, and power electronics. Experience with standards and compliance in the HV sector.
  4. Leadership Skills: Ability to lead product initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and R&D teams.
  5. Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical data and develop actionable solutions.
  6. Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential (additional language skills are a bonus).
  7. Customer-Oriented: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft tailored technical solutions that drive customer success.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards and a keen awareness of the latest trends in HV motor technology and innovation.
