We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist – High Voltage Motors to bring deep technical expertise and leadership to our team.
Your Role:
As a Senior Product Specialist, you will be a technical leader within our High Voltage Motor portfolio. You will use your extensive knowledge and experience to support our customers, provide in-depth product guidance, and drive the technical direction of our HV motors offering in the Nordics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical product support for our High Voltage Motor solutions, both internally and externally.
- Develop deep product expertise on High Voltage Motors, providing guidance and support to customers, sales teams, and technical departments.
- Consult and collaborate with key customers to understand their needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct advanced technical analysis, product configurations, and feasibility studies.
- Drive product improvements by analyzing feedback, performance data, and evolving customer needs.
- Support sales teams with complex product inquiries and technical presentations to senior stakeholders (C-level).
- Train and mentor junior engineers and sales staff on product features, best practices, and innovative technologies.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and product development teams to ensure product alignment with market demands.
- Be the voice of the customer within the company, helping shape future product development based on market trends and needs.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring Innomotics remains a technical leader in the High Voltage Motors space.
What We are Looking For:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with:
- Education: A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (master's preferred).
- Experience: A long and proven track record in High Voltage Motors, including extensive experience in product management, technical sales, or engineering roles within the HV motor industry.
- Deep Technical Knowledge: Expertise in the design, performance, and application of High Voltage Motors, rotating machinery, and power electronics. Experience with standards and compliance in the HV sector.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead product initiatives, mentor teams, and collaborate cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and R&D teams.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical data and develop actionable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluency in English is essential (additional language skills are a bonus).
- Customer-Oriented: A deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to craft tailored technical solutions that drive customer success.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant industry codes and standards and a keen awareness of the latest trends in HV motor technology and innovation.
