Utlendingsdirektoratet (UDI) er det sentrale fagorganet på utlendingsfeltet, som iverksetter regjeringens innvandrings- og flyktningpolitikk. Blant våre kjerneoppgaver er å behandle søknader etter statsborger- og utlendingsloven, sikre innkvartering til asylsøkere og å utvikle og drifte sentrale IT-systemer på vegne av utlendingsforvaltningen.

Det skjer mye hos oss Vi er blant annet internasjonalt involvert i et spennende EØS/Schengen-samarbeid og vi er i gang med et av Norges største IT-utviklingsprosjekter. Målet er å tilrettelegge for sammenhengende tjenester i utlendingsforvaltningen og på tvers av sektorer i det offentlige Norge. Vi jobber systematisk mot å bli en datadrevet organisasjon og bruker data og innsikt aktivt i hele organisasjonen.

Du vil jobbe i vårt miljø for data og innsikt. UDI har et sterkt team med 15 personer som jobber med analyser, tilrettelegging av data for analytiske formål og statistikk. Vi har store mengder data fra hele utlendingsforvaltningen og de siste årene har vi bygget ny analytisk plattform, slik at våre strukturerte data er godt tilrettelagt for analyser og modellering. Innsikt og data deles med alle ansatte i UDI gjennom verktøyet Qlik Sense.

Vi søker deg som kan skape nyttig innsikt fra våre data gjennom modellering og maskinlæring, gjøre utforskende dataanalyser, og utvikle løsninger som effektiviserer saksbehandlingen i UDI. I tillegg vil du delta i arbeidet med å utforske ustrukturerte data og ta i bruk nye datakilder. Du vil få spennende oppgaver i hele analyseprosessen og stor påvirkning på eget arbeid.

  • Lage utforskende dataanalyser, sammenstille og visualisere innsikt
  • Utvikle prognoser ved hjelp av statistiske og matematiske metoder
  • Du har master i et teknisk eller naturvitenskaplig fag. Du trives med koding og har god forståelse for Python (inkludert pandas) og SQL
  • Arbeidsspråket i UDI er norsk, og du må beherske norsk godt, både muntlig og skriftlig
  • Du samarbeider godt med fagfolk på tvers av organisasjonen og er opptatt av å lage løsninger som dekker brukernes behov
  • Du samarbeider godt med andre og liker å jobbe i team, men du tar også ansvar for egne oppgaver og jobber godt selvstendig

Stillingen lønnes som rådgiver eller seniorrådgiver i lønnsspennet kr 600.000 - kr 900.000 (brutto pr år). For spesielt kvalifiserte søkere kan høyere lønn vurderes. Et lønnstrekk på to prosent gir deg gode ordninger for pensjon, lån og forsikringer i Statens pensjonskasse.
