We are seeking a quality-conscious and outgoing Sales Specialist with electrical expertise to join our team. This role involves technical support for sales, developing new technical solutions, cost estimation, and other aspects of the bidding process. The ideal candidate will have excellent collaboration skills and be able to work effectively with both internal and external customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate closely with the sales organization, focusing on electrical system solutions.
  2. Develop technical and financial details for offers, including pricing.
  3. Calculate total costs for implementing electrical projects.
  4. Work with the execution group to ensure ABB's standard solutions meet customer requirements and specifications.
  5. Partner with customers to identify the optimal technical solutions for their projects.
Qualifications for the role
  1. Bachelor's, Master's, or Technical College degree in Electrical Power/Renewable Energy.
  2. Experienced candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered.
  3. Strong technical interest and expertise.
  4. Proficiency in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
  5. Preferred Skills:
  6. Knowledge of high voltage electrical equipment, particularly Gas Insulated Switch-gears.
  7. Proven experience in project deliveries for electrical systems (sales/execution).
  8. Familiarity with the Offshore Wind Power industry.
  9. Understanding of Medium Voltage drive systems.
