About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Partner Sales Manager to join our AWS EMEA team in Norway. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our partners in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business development plan to drive sales growth and revenue expansion in the ISV & DNB target markets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including service teams, legal, and support, to execute the business plan and drive joint engagements with consulting partners.
  • Manage and drive joint engagements between consulting partners, account management, and partner development teams.
  • Work closely with AWS account teams to develop pipeline and drive sales growth.
  • Liaise with partner bid desk teams to support partners on solution support and pricing constructs.
  • Collaborate with partner field sales organizations, channels, and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for AWS.
  • Work closely with the partner's customer base to ensure they are successful using AWS and have the resources required.
  • Ensure that AWS is the partner's preferred cloud computing platform across all product lines.
  • Understand the technical requirements of partners and work closely with internal development teams to guide the direction of product offerings.
  • Prepare and lead business reviews to senior management teams.
  • Provide support during contract negotiations and serve as a liaison to the legal group.

Requirements
  • Strong experience in technology-related sales
  • Experience working with consulting companies and/or technology vendors
  • Successful track record of achieving and exceeding quota and key performance metrics
  • Proven ability to deliver results amid ambiguity and change
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working for or with ISVs
  • Existing network with GSI, SI, VAR, ISV community in Norway
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial 'builder' mentality
