Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Processor I. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing various recycling materials, ensuring efficient product flow, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

1. Cash Handling and Merchandise Processing: Accurately handle purchases of merchandise by following the Cash Handling Policy and abide by the Bin Labeling Procedure to determine quality and price of our merchandise.
2. Product Movement and Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the movement of product to ensure efficient product flow, load/unload containers and trucks, and maintain work areas including equipment, parking lot, and facility, clean, safe, organized, and support with other housekeeping duties.
3. Customer Service and Donations: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and enhancing their shopping experience, direct complaints to management in a timely manner, assist customers with their donations, and issue donation receipts.
4. Auctions and Sales Floor Setup: Assist in conducting auctions, tracking the board, door verification process, sorting of goods according to company guidelines, and setting up the sales floor.
5. Safety and Security: Safeguard company property, including donated goods, report incidents to management in a timely manner, and follow daily assignment and department priorities to ensure productivity.

Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a high school diploma or GED preferred. No previous experience needed, but the ability to operate a computerized register is required. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
