IRM Consultant

The Cloud People is expanding its IRM capabilities and seeking a seasoned IRM Consultant - Senior: ServiceNow Platform Expertise to drive innovation and excellence in this field.

Our team consists of experienced professionals who share a passion for ServiceNow and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. We are seeking someone who can contribute to our continued growth and success.

1. Solution Development: Develop and implement innovative ServiceNow IRM solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
2. Project Leadership: Lead and facilitate workshops focused on IRM process optimization and ServiceNow alignment.
3. Technical Expertise: Possess advanced expertise in ServiceNow platform functionalities, scripting, and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow project implementation, with a strong focus on IRM (minimum 2+ years).
• Proven success in leading and delivering complex ServiceNow IRM projects.
• In-depth understanding of IRM methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow platform functionalities, scripting, and configuration.
• Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP), XML, JSON, and relational databases (MySQL).

• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CIS - Third-Party Risk Management, CIS - Vulnerability Response, and CIS - Security Incident Response.
• ServiceNow Workspace experience is a plus.
• GRC experience (has performed a risk assessment, Audit, or other assurance activities).
• Cyber security related certifications (CISM, CISSP, etc).
