About This Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Relationship Manager to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Commercial Plans:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective commercial plans to generate new business and deepen strategic relationships with our clients.
Manage Revenue Growth:This role requires someone who can manage revenue growth with existing and new clients by leveraging the value proposition of our products/services.
Support Product Development:The Senior Client Relationship Manager will support the development of new products and maintenance of existing products in line with client requirements.
Build Strong Relationships:This role requires someone who can build strong relationships with clients at all levels of their organization.
Identify Market Developments:The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market developments to translate into sales activities.
Deliver Client Success:The Senior Client Relationship Manager will ensure that our service/product is successfully delivered to the client and communicate with the client to fix potential issues.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a professional with:
- A proven experience in a product management, business development, or sales support role.
- Expert knowledge of Euronext's market model, rule book, service offer, the buy-side and sell-side landscape.
- Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the client's organization.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic awareness.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills, an ability to combine attention to detail with the wider strategic view.
- Rigorous project management skills: ability to leverage internal and external relationships, autonomy and determination to drive forward projects, provide clear business input into functional requirements.
- Collaborative, open, pragmatic, customer-oriented, and numbers-driven approach to work.
- Pan-European business experience – developing products in multiple geographic locations.
