The position of Contracts Advisor is available in our organization.
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contracts Advisor. This role involves providing high-quality contract review, negotiation, and support across various business areas.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for ensuring that contracts are managed effectively and efficiently, supporting the overall business objectives of our organization.
You will work closely with highly qualified contract professionals who are passionate about their work and supportive in nature. You will ensure that contracts are aligned with business area contracting principles and processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and negotiating deviations from standard templates
- Providing guidance on the interpretation and application of standard contracts
- Identifying commercial risks and communicating them to stakeholders
- Liaising between business and customers in contract negotiations
- Supporting project teams on contractual matters
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law, business, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years' experience in contract review, revision, and negotiation
- Strong analytical skills and excellent oral and written communication skills
- Professional proficiency in English (and German or Dutch) mandatory
