Network Support Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Freelance Data Center Technician to join our team in providing technical support to our data centers.

Your main responsibilities will be monitoring data center operations both remotely and on-site, quickly diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to minimize downtime and maintain service reliability.

You will also configure, manage, and troubleshoot networking devices, including Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and firewalls, to ensure secure and efficient network operations that align with organizational standards.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of networking principles and experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.

A valid certification like Cisco CCNA/CCNP or Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS is highly desirable.
