The ongoing digital transformation in the IT industry has a major impact on the technology platforms needed, particularly affecting the Data Centre platform underpinning many of our customer businesses.

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support our drive towards solutions business for the Secure Power division in the Nordics.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist with a mix of Edge and medium-scale, high-complexity customer projects, spanning from initiation through designing, planning, installation, and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans and associated documents for management and control.
  • Support customer satisfaction and financial performance on projects.
  • Manage relationships with customers and third parties within project scope.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including work package control.
  • Participate in risk management and cost control activities.
  • Coordinate procurement efforts.
  • Support project teams in managing and completing job processes.
  • Assist technical and pre-sales teams, and provide guidance to site installation teams during project phases.
  • Validate project statements of work and contract terms with customers.
  • Contribute to developing FAT, SAT, and site logistics procedures that meet third-party and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; an additional Business degree is beneficial.
  • Relevant work experience or internships in project management within Construction or Engineering.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and collaborate effectively with sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments.
  • Experience with Data Center-related projects is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with rules and regulations applicable to the construction industry, especially electrical-related, is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English is essential; Norwegian is beneficial.
