The Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Director to oversee our Customer Success team. As a leader, you will leverage your expertise in finance to ensure seamless delivery of financial reporting services, drive operational excellence, and foster client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
  • Mentor and develop the Financial Reporting customer success team to achieve high performance.
  • Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes professional growth and client satisfaction.
  • Develop coaching methods to nurture top talent and help clients succeed.
Client Success:
  • Provide escalation support for client concerns and resolve issues promptly.
  • Oversee accurate and timely delivery of financial reporting services to clients and partners.
Operational Excellence:
  • Monitor team performance and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop best practices for financial reporting and equity compensation management.
  • Lead financial reporting education across the customer success organization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product managers and sales representatives on commercial processes as a domain expert in financial reporting.
  • Develop partnerships relevant to financial reporting services.
  • Contribute to the refinement of our platform and services by providing client feedback and insights.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are a plus.
  • Experience in audit, internal controller roles, accounting, or similar. Well-versed in IFRS 2 and similar accounting standards are a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, IAS, other GAAPs, and equity compensation management.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities and proficiency in tools like Excel.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
