Maintain accurate records of relocation, immigration, and tax compliance activities.

Coordinate with tax advisors to ensure employees comply with personal tax obligations in both home and host countries.

Assist in gathering necessary documentation for tax filings and ensure timely submission.

Cooperate with international HR, payroll, legal and tax teams.

Provide employees with information and guidance on tax implications related to their international assignments.

Serve as a point of contact for employees during the relocation process and assist in coordinating the logistics of employee relocations, including housing, transportation, and settling-in services.

Ensure that all relocation, immigration, and tax compliance activities comply with company global mobility policies and legal requirements.

Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the global mobility team.

Requirements

You will need:

  • Experience in global mobility, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience with immigration processes and relocation logistics is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both in English and Norwegian.
  • Attention to details and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Have cross-cultural awareness.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
