Project Procurement Specialist

This position requires a skilled procurement professional to manage procurement activities for the Berling Project. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Norwegian-based (NCS) contract templates and experience in managing contracts and contractual agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor procurement activities for the Berling Project.
  • Develop and implement effective contract management strategies for large subsea EPCI contractors and Technical Service Agreements (TSAs).
  • Collaborate closely with Project Directors, Contract Representatives, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on contract progress and any issues that may arise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and company representatives.
  • Contribute to the development of contract strategies for future projects.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in Norwegian-based (NCS) contract templates (NTK etc).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles within oil services companies/operators on the NCS.
  • Familiarity with procurement system management, including ERP systems and tools like SAP S4/Hana and PIMS.
