The role demands up to four days of travel per week, requiring access to a car and a valid driving license. A results-driven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams is essential for this position.
You are expected to possess:
- A proven track record of managing vendor relationships and outsourced operations
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams
- Experience in setting and managing sales budgets and targets
- Skilled in contract negotiations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to track and analyze performance metrics to drive results
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language
- Proficiency in English, as it is our official language
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring vendor delivery towards set targets
- Steering outsourced operations and managing regret vendors
- Achieving budget targets and managing competition budgets
- Leading contract negotiations and building strong vendor relationships
- Maintaining control over sales quality and performance
- Providing strategic insights for decision-making and negotiations
- Fostering open communication with both internal teams and vendors
