Byggeleder Vannkraft

We are seeking a Byggeleder to lead the execution of our re-design projects within the hydropower sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

• Ensure that all projects are completed in accordance with the company's quality and safety standards.
• Lead and coordinate the work of the project team, including engineers, technicians, and contractors.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may arise.
• Ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.

• Relevant education and experience in the field of construction and engineering.
• Proven track record of leading and delivering complex projects.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and apply technical data and specifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
