Spektrum provides specialist services to support apex purchasers and their Tier 1 supplier ecosystem, delivering professional services, aerospace and defence sales, delivery, and operational subject matter expertise. In this capacity, we are looking for personnel to join our team and support key client projects focused on exercising NATO's operational capabilities.

The NATO Joint Warfare Centre (JWC) is located in Stavanger, Norway, and plays a critical role in preparing NATO forces for future challenges through training and exercises. The JWC relies heavily on an Exercise Control (EXCON) structure to deliver each full exercise cycle, which includes direction and control functions to establish the conditions needed by the Training Audience (TA) to achieve the exercise aim and objectives.

In this context, you will contribute to all phases of JWC-directed exercises, working closely with National government or local governmental representatives embedded in both Grey and SIDONCE cells. Your role will involve providing subject matter expertise to realistically represent the Affected Nation's (AN) national intelligence and security service strategy to the training audience.
