Job Title: Clinical Research Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Norway. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will be responsible for monitoring clinical sites, maintaining study files, conducting pre-study and initiation visits, and liaising with vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor study sites independently according to protocol monitoring guidelines, SOPs, GCP, and ICH guidelines.
  • Conduct pre-study and initiation visits, and maintain study files.
  • Liaise with vendors and ensure the integrity of the data submitted on Case Report Forms (CRFs) or other data collection tools.
  • Travel, including air travel, may be required as per essential job functions.
  • Prepare accurate and timely trip reports.
  • Perform CRF review, query generation, and resolution against established data review guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of direct monitoring experience.
  • Excellent understanding of Serious Adverse Event (SAE) reporting.
  • Ability to resolve project-related problems and prioritize workload for self and team.
  • Fluent Norwegian and English.
