We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Ski, Norway

You will be part of our largest Business Unit - CasinoEngine to assist our Casino CEO and the CasinoEngine management team.
This role offers training about industry, company and our work flows; plus assignments on business analysis and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CasinoEngine CEO and the CasinoEngine Management team for creating and tracking KPIs;
- Experience with data analytics and creating management-level decision making tools;
- Join management meetings and do follow-ups with the management team on their assessments;
- Generate operational business information for management;
- Provide support and do research & analysis on major projects;
- Help business teams to build information tools and knowledgebases across all clients and products;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports;
- Take on new organizational and research tasks when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analysis, Statistics, or a similar field;
- Fast learner;
- Excellent written and oral proficiency in English;
- Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office (Excel in particular);
- Knowledge in data visualization tools such as PowerBI is a plus;
- Organized and responsible;
- Able to work in a team and independently;
- Punctual and dependable;
- Clear communicator and an active listener;
- Pro-active and able to take decisions under pressure;
- Willing to learn and improve the current knowledge;
- Able to travel internationally.
What We Offer:
- 25 days of annual leave, with additional days added each year, up to 34 days by your fifth year with us.
- Sick leave: 10 days per year, no doctor's note required.
- Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time)

- 21 weeks of paid maternity leave, with the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child turns 1 year old.
- 4 weeks of paternity leave, plus the flexibility to work from home full-time until your child is 13 weeks old.
