Motorhome Service Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Motorhome Service Professional to join our team at TN Norway's depot. As a Campervan Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring our fleet of motorhomes is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys.

The Role
We are looking for skilled and passionate individuals who excel in craftsmanship, mechanics, and hands-on problem-solving to join our team as a Fleet Technician at our depot. Your primary responsibility will be executing all processes and procedures related to maintaining our campervans, including conducting systematic inspections, diagnosing problems, performing maintenance and repairs, and maintaining relationships with external partners.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting systematic inspections of vehicles and diagnosing problems on mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
  • Performing maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, light bodywork repairs, spare parts substitution and repairs, appliances troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with external partners and coordinating the execution of vehicles' interventions with external suppliers and regional teams.
  • Maintaining all vehicle information systems updated according to established procedures and moving campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities, or other depots.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Educational background in mechanics, mechatronics technical, or a similar program in the automotive industry.
  • At least 1+ years of experience with hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs - experience in campervans is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred.
  • Available to work weekends and holidays.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • English proficiency mandatory and Norwegian proficiency preferred, as well as good communication skills.
