About the Role

This exciting opportunity is open for an ambitious professional to take on the position of Senior IT Business Analyst Oil and Gas at IKM Consultants AS. As part of our dynamic team, you will lead the transformation of business needs into effective solutions that meet the demands of the Oil & Gas sector.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop solution concepts and business cases for new investments, translating business needs into IT technical requirements. Additionally, you will propose improvements to business processes and analyze, define, and select preferred solutions together with business.

  1. Oversee the launch of solutions and help maximize the positive impact on the organization.
  2. Evaluate solution architecture.
  3. Estimate required resources related to information management, data management, and information technology for project startups.

The successful candidate will possess higher education within IT or Business, with relevant experience compensating for education. A team player with excellent analytical skills, ability to communicate complex information simply, and ability to engage the business and coordinate activities in matrix teams is required.
