Job Description

This part-time position involves supporting our HR team with administrative tasks, including payroll administration and SAP. You will also be responsible for providing general HR and administrative assistance to various stakeholders, such as managers and individual contributors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting our HR key user in time management activities
  • Providing general HR and administrative assistance to various stakeholders
  • Managing HR and administrative IT systems and applications

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong educational background in Human Resource Management (HRM), Personnel Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or equivalent. You should also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience with or interest in payroll administration and/or SAP.
