* Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Optimize working capital and improve financial performance

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role
* Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* CPA or equivalent certification
