">We're seeking an experienced Portfolio Strategy Manager to help shape our organization and strategy as we scale. In this role, you'll be instrumental in people management, strengthening our company culture, and enabling teams to perform at their best.
">You'll work closely with and lead our portfolio and operation teams, driving decision-making and key initiatives. Your responsibilities will include guiding the management team in balancing the portfolio, leading portfolio activities, supporting customer-facing product development, and building our project and product methodology.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you should have experience in product or project management, strong structuring and prioritizing skills, a builder mindset for defining processes, experience with change management, and proficiency in English (our working language). You should also be comfortable understanding Norwegian and open to building confidence in speaking over time.
