About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Advisor to join our team at Telenor. As a key member of our Sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainability policies and frameworks aligned with Telenor's values and goals.
  • Drive the development and maintenance of Telenor's child online safety tool and program.
  • Conduct analysis and identify key sustainability risks, opportunities, and performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices across various business functions.
  • Develop and maintain sustainability partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Engage with employees, customers, and external stakeholders to communicate Telenor's sustainability efforts.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on sustainability and social agenda, staying updated on emerging trends and best practices.
  • Communicate and produce content for Telenor's sustainability report and web pages.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' work experience in social sustainability.
  • Expertise in Human Rights, Digital inclusion, and Child online safety.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Relevant education in sustainability or other relevant subjects.
  • Experience with stakeholder management and effective engagement.
  • Excellent written and spoken Norwegian and English.
