**Key Responsibilities**

Your responsibilities and tasks may vary depending on your experience and qualifications, but you will focus on corporate governance issues and manage our overall proxy voting activity using the ISS Proxy Exchange system. You will engage with companies on sustainability issues, specifically governance issues to effect change, including voting at AGMs, administrating escalation activities such as filing shareholder resolutions, and collaborating with other investors and stakeholders.

Analysis of controversies and sustainability risks related to investee companies in Storebrand's investment universe and contributing expertise to sustainability standard setting will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will contribute to reporting and communicating on the team's sustainability work to various stakeholders.
