Job Overview

The Operational Technology Security Specialist will play a crucial role in strengthening security across operational technology environments and contributing to the development of our OT services.

This position requires a unique blend of deep technical expertise in OT and a commercially-oriented approach to addressing security challenges at the intersection of IT and OT. You will be a key contributor in advisory engagements, implementing security measures, and developing services that monitor and protect critical OT systems.

Main Duties:

  • Security Consulting and Advisory
    • Conduct comprehensive risk and maturity assessments for OT environments
    • Identify vulnerabilities and recommend effective mitigation strategies to enhance OT environment security
    • Collaborate with clients to develop secure integration strategies between IT and OT infrastructures
  • Development of OT Solutions
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Security Operations Center (SOC) services tailored to OT environments.
    • Provide subject matter expertise on implementing OT-specific detections within a SOC framework.
    • Ensure seamless integration between IT and OT security monitoring solutions.
  • Technical Assistance and Guidance
    • Offer expert advice on secure design and architecture for industrial networks, focusing on resilience and robustness against cyber threats.
    • Support clients in their digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Governance
    • Counsel clients on adherence to relevant standards, including IEC 62443, the NIS Directive, and other applicable laws and regulations.
  • Innovation and Knowledge Sharing
    • Drive innovation within the field of OT security
