Role Summary

We are in search of a SAS/Automation Engineer to engage in EPCI modification contracts and Front End Studies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the PRE Package as the Responsible Engineer, focusing on control system design, including ESD, PSD, and PCS.
  • Specify and develop new layouts while updating existing ones.
  • Design terminations and loops effectively.
  • Maintain an updated register with new tags and documentation.
  • Prepare and specify data sheets accurately.
  • Oversee documentation and vendor follow-up for instrument and automation packages.
  • Prepare SAS job cards as required.
  • Conduct onshore and offshore field surveys.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A relevant BSc degree or equivalent upper secondary education, complemented by 10-15 years of pertinent engineering experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles.
  • Experience in onshore or offshore projects within the oil & gas sector or electrification.
  • A keen interest in technological advancements and enhancing work methodologies.
  • Installation experience is preferred.
  • Personal attributes such as accuracy, flexibility, organization, and a service-oriented mindset.
  • The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
  • A proactive approach, adaptability, and the capability to inspire others.
