You will work closely with Labour and Employee Relations Centre of Excellence (L&ER CoE) to develop and implement Labor & Employee Relations policies and framework for a geographic and business area. This includes executing day-to-day L&ER activities at the local level, applying knowledge of current legal requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.

Main Objectives:
  • Labor Relations: Collaborate with L&ER CoE to develop and implement Labor & Employee Relations policies and framework for a geographic and business area.
  • Talent Development: Focus on developing and implementing strategies to attract, engage and retain the very best talent.
