">The Quality Control & NDE Technician will be responsible for ensuring the quality of supplier goods meeting Emerson specifications and requirements.
This role requires a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring the quality of parts received from suppliers meets Roxar PO requirements.
- Handling non-conformances towards suppliers, timely resolving supplier quality issues, and offering clarifications.
- Assisting with supplier improvement, on-boarding activities, and production fault finding.
- Performing Non-Destructive Examination of in-house welded components and assemblies.
- Planning the control process, selecting measuring instruments and methods.
- Conducting measurements with measuring tools, measuring fixture, and visual inspection of parts and assemblies.
- Reporting, recording, and storing inspection results, traceability, and deviations.
- Ensuring supplier performance aligns with Emerson standards and representing the company professionally at supplier locations.
Requirements:
- Apprenticeship/Fagbrev in a mechanical field.
- 5 years' experience in quality control.
- Proficiency in English language both verbal and written.
- Ability to interpret and work with technical drawings and geometric tolerances.
- Valid driving license.
