Our team is looking for a skilled professional to manage projects and contracts within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have experience with project procurement, contract management, and stakeholder management.

Assignment Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing demand and market analysis, leading cross-functional teams, preparing and issuing enquiries, managing bid evaluation, negotiations, and award recommendations. They will also drive and perform contract management from award to contract close-out, with a focus on minimizing value leakage, risk, and promoting safety.

Main Responsibilities

  • Perform demand and market analysis in both global and local markets.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional teams for the establishment of specific procurement strategies.
  • Prepare and issue enquiries, manage and conduct bid evaluation, negotiations, and prepare award recommendations.
  • Drive and perform contract management from award to contract close-out.
  • Enhance client supply chain by ensuring compliance with governing Supply Chain Management processes.
  • Proactively ensure high-quality stakeholder management both internally and towards suppliers.
  • Extensive external dialogue with suppliers and stakeholders to build strategic relations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience with project procurement within the energy sector.
  • Strategic and commercial mindset with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with establishment and management of major contracts.
  • Stakeholders management skills, both internally and externally.
  • Flexible taking on new tasks and challenges.
  • Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree.
  • 5+ years relevant experience within managing major contracts.
