Travel Fundraising Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled project manager to lead face-to-face fundraising activities around the country.
The role involves planning, executing, and leading fundraising activities, as well as managing a team of fundraisers. Key responsibilities include budget monitoring, result responsibility, and geographical responsibility for activities, logistics, and transport.
The ideal candidate should have some experience in fundraising, personnel, and project management, including administration and reporting. A higher relevant education is preferred, particularly in sales/business administration, management, and/or HR.
Essential qualifications include being inspirational, leads by example, and having a good understanding of Microsoft Office. High proficiency in English is required, while Norwegian is an advantage.
- Fundraising and team management responsibilities
- Budget monitoring and result responsibility
- Geographical responsibility for activities, logistics, and transport
This is a 100% permanent position starting from June 2025, based out of Oslo. We offer a competitive salary based on our salary policy level 16, which includes pension and insurance schemes, IA company.
