Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Director of Customer Success to spearhead our EMEA customer success efforts. As a member of our executive team, you will contribute to shaping our overall business strategy, driving growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive customer success strategy for EMEA.
  • Leading the customer success function, encompassing technology implementation, process development, and team performance measurement.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Fostering strong relationships with our largest customers, serving as their trusted advisor in achieving business objectives.
  • Activating and renewing our customer base, championing their interests within Deel.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer success leadership, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding customer bases.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to navigate complex customer issues.
