We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Contract Manager to join our team. This role plays a critical part in the success of our organization, contributing to the realization of our strategic ambitions.
The Commercial Contract Manager will be responsible for representing TN Norway in reviewing, amending and negotiating various contracts, forms or agreements with customers. They will also support the contracting process and contract management, assessing project risks and engaging in the risk review process for projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Represent TN Norway in reviewing, amending and negotiating various contracts, forms or agreements with customers.
- Support the contracting process and contract management.
- Assess project risks and engage in the risk review process for projects.
- Provide advice on legal and commercial contract-related matters.
- Advocate and ensure compliance with DNV processes, policies, guidelines and values.
- Provide training on legal/contract management issues and risks within the functional scope of the Global Contracting team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in law or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant work experience as a legal professional or contract manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian; additional skills in other languages are also welcomed.
- Legal skills in a commercial/transactional context, including reviewing and drafting contracts.
- Comfortable working as part of a virtual, global and multi-cultural team.
