IT Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Architect to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our IT team, you will collaborate with colleagues from BCG Platinion and the Boston Consulting Group on local and international client projects.

• Develop and implement superior IT strategies, concepts, and solutions, leveraging your technical expertise and experience in IT projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize cutting-edge IT architectures, ensuring they align with current market developments and trends.
• Manage small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establishing modern practices like DevOps and CI/CD.

• Hold a degree in computer science, (business) informatics, engineering, or a related field.
• Have approximately two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development.
• Be proficient in modern tools and technologies, including machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Have broad technical expertise and a keen interest in technology trends.
• Be comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts, with a willingness to travel.
• Be an excellent communicator, able to understand and convey complex technical concepts in English.
