We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Recruitment Professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
About UsDOF Group ASA is an international company with a multi-national workforce of approximately 4,100 personnel. We own and operate a fleet of modern offshore/subsea vessels and provide engineering capacity to service both the offshore and subsea market.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide expert advice on recruitment strategies.
- Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and facilitate candidate evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment and HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools.
- Good understanding of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
A competitive annual salary of around $80,000-$110,000, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative work environment located in Marineholmen, Bergen.
