Philanthropy Coordinator

The Educational Equality Institute is an NGO based in Norway committed to educating and empowering disadvantaged girls.

In response to the war in Ukraine, we started the project 'Together for Ukraine', providing free educational programs to help 100,000 Ukrainians shape their future through education, upskilling, and employment.

We are looking for a volunteer Fundraising Specialist who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of fundraising campaigns and activities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

The Fundraising Specialist will work closely with other departments to ensure fundraising efforts align with overall organizational goals.

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies that align with the organization's mission and goals.
• Arrange meetings with partners and communicate regularly to maintain strong partnerships and explore potential collaborations.
• Research and identify new partners, and develop strategies to build relationships with them.
• Explore innovative ways to generate funding for the organization.

• At least 2 years of experience in fundraising, development, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with fundraising software and online platforms.
