Job Title: SAP Finance Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP Finance Lead to join our team at KPMG Norway. As an SAP Finance Lead, you will be responsible for leading our team in delivering high-quality SAP Finance solutions to our clients.

About the Role:
  • Lead and develop a team of SAP Finance consultants
  • Bid on and deliver SAP Finance projects and services
  • Conduct needs analysis and workshops with clients to understand their financial processes and requirements
  • Design, configure, and implement SAP Finance solutions in line with best practices and client requirements
  • Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the implementation process, including training users and transitioning to production
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency through the use of SAP Finance solutions
  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, including developing proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Participate in internal knowledge sharing and training to continuously develop your own and others' skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Experience in leading a team of SAP Finance consultants or a strong ambition to take on this role
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP Finance consultant or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Finance processes, including SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Experience in implementing SAP Finance solutions, including configuration and customization
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of delivering high-quality results within defined timelines
  • SAP Finance certifications
  • Education in finance, accounting, computer science, or a related field
  • Good Norwegian language skills, both written and spoken
