The Global Finance Trainee programme in DNV offers an excellent way to launch your career within finance, business, and economics. As a Global Finance Trainee, you will build competence within finance, business, and economics, specifically in strategy, business controlling, accounting, commercial management, and business analysis.

The trainee programme consists of three eight-month rotations, with at least one rotation outside Norway. You will gain comprehensive understanding of the exciting opportunities and critical challenges in DNV from different perspectives of the company.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have strong academic results, a keen interest in an international career, and ideally no more than two years of full-time work experience.

You should have great people skills, be open-minded and curious, take initiative, and work well with others. You are expected to be a quick learner, data smart, and love tackling tough problems.
